Sub Pop's 2016 Loser Scholarship
The esteemed Sub Pop Records is offering a combined total of $15,000 in scholarship money for three eligible high school seniors in Oregon and Washington who are, as they put it, "involved and/or interested in music and/or the creative arts in some way."
